Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We ship from Marathon City, Central Wisconsin to the continental United States only. We don’t ship outside of the U.S.

We offer 1-3 Business Day USPS Priority Mail Service to most urban areas (rural areas may need an additional business day).

Products will be shipped out the same day if you place your order before 10 AM CST (excluding weekends).

Just a friendly reminder: we can’t help with lost or stolen packages, or with packages that get returned or delayed because of the wrong address. If your package is lost during transit or shows as delivered but you can’t find it anywhere, the best thing to do is to reach out to your local post office or give them a call at 1-800-275-8777 to start an investigation. If your package is delivered by UPS, give them a call at 1-800-742-5877. Thanks!

Returns

At CWI Ginseng, we’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchases. But we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you got a product that doesn’t meet our standards or is broken or tampered with, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ve got you covered!

You can return your order within 30 days of getting it for a full refund. Just send us your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning it, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Oh, and one thing to keep in mind: you’ll need to pay for your return shipping. All the merchandise needs to be unopened and in the same condition it was when you got it. If it’s not, it might not qualify for a refund. Also, make sure to return it in the original box or packaging. That label on the box helps us identify your order, so we can credit your account correctly.
