Please note: Our ginseng roots have just been harvested. To guarantee their freshness, the fresh roots will be shipped unwashed. We will ship from Monday to Wednesday. Any orders for fresh roots placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
For deliveries to Eastern, Western, and Southern states such as CA, OR, FL, TX, and NY, the fresh roots may soften slightly due to the longer delivery time.
Fresh Wisconsin ginseng roots. One pound contains approximately 7-9 roots.
Storage methods: We recommend wrapping the fresh ginseng roots in paper bags and storing them in a cold, dry environment like a refrigerator (34°F-39°F). Fresh ginseng is similar to fresh vegetables; please consume it as soon as possible.
Fresh ginseng is sold for immediate use and, due to its time-sensitive nature, cannot be returned.

I Search online found this farm 3 years ago, since then I purchased every year from them, I also referred to many people, they only have 5 years gengsing, some farm has 3 years, i also compared their price to other farm, their price cannot beat. Their customer service is great, prompt, and solve the problem right away.
