The product itself is fine, but I was overcharged for my items and never received an update after contacting customer service. Since there was a buy-one-get-one free promotion, I purchased two quantities each of three different items. Given the fact that each item qualified for the BOGO promotion, I should have only been charged the sum of the base prices for each product. Instead, I was charged an extra $13 because the most expensive item (item 104) was inexplicably charged twice.
